Note : Le manuscrit (290 x 200 mm) provient du Péloponnèse comme l'attestent les signatures de Nicolas Phagiannes, prêtre de Maniatochorion et Gerardos ἐκ Πατρῶν Παλαιῶν. Le volume passe dans les mains de Giacomo Gallicio au XVIIe s. avant de rejoindre la Marciana.
